For this unique adventure, you will be collected from your hotel / guest house in Cape Town – or you can drive on your own to the helipad at the V&A Waterfront. Here, guests will receive safety instructions, while being able to watch other helicopters taking off and landing.

Once in the air, your first sight is, of course, Table Mountain. During the first section of this helicopter flight in Cape Town, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Cape Town’s beaches (Camps Bay, Clifton), Lion’s Head, Signal Hill and the Green Point soccer stadium.

12 Apostles, Cape of Good Hope and Return Flight to the V&A Waterfront

The helicopter flight continues via the 12 Apostles mountain range and Hout Bay to the legendary Cape of Good Hope with its steep cliffs, sandy beaches and typical fynbos vegetation.

Then the pilot flies towards Muizenberg. Here you can try and be a “Shark Spotter” from the air. Maybe some of the guests can spot a dark shadow (of a shark) in the sea from above.  

You can enjoy another bird’s eye view of Table Mountain before the helicopter returns via the wine region of Constantia to the V&A Waterfront.

The helicopter has space for up to 6 people. Bigger groups are split up over several helicopters. The departure times depend on the package that was booked (standard or premium). Flight times vary from 25 minutes to 1 hour.
